Cooking and storage

  • Please refrigerate your Jars immediately after delivery
  • The salads should be consumed chilled. You can pour the dressing into the jars, shake them, and eat directly from the jars. Alternatively, you can take the meal out and eat onto a plate
  • The protein can be reheated to your preference, but please make sure to separate the protein and the salad before reheating. The Jars are not microwave proof, please use a heat proof dish to reheat
